How to become a member

  • Step 1

    Check out the site and see what we have to offer.
  • Step 2

    Drop in for a Free Saturday class to check things out. All abilities are welcome and we will make you feel right at home. If you already have CrossFit experience, feel free to drop-in to one of our regular classes.
  • Step 3

    If you are ready to join, sign up for the upcoming Basic Training Class. This 3 week class is designed to teach you the basics of CrossFit and get you familiar with the moves, lifts and terms we use. If the Basic Training class is not needed (due to previous CrossFit experience), choose the membership plan that works best for you and get started!
