Yuba City CrossFit is a 4800 sq ft fitness facility, located in Northwest Yuba City. We offer both group and individual coaching, that is structured around the CrossFit way. The CrossFit way is workouts that are constantly varied, functional movements that are executed at high intensity. Some examples of these movements would be pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, jumping and running.
We typically start our days with a group warm up, concentrating on the muscle groups we will be using most that day. Next, we move in to the strength portion of class. This lasts about 15-20 mins and is followed by the WOD (Work-out of the day) which can range anywhere from 3- 30 minutes. We finish the class with core work, a cool-down and stretching.
